Stephanie Says Fall Fashion 2014
I’ve been meaning to do this post for a while but every time I would start a new fashion trend would pop up! This post is going to talk about #basic trends for fall and staple items you will need for this season. With these staple items you will be able to mix and match and create hundreds of outfits.
Booties are everywhere and I think they are a fantastic alternative to regular calf-high boots. You can wear them with anything. What I really like about booties is they allow you to show case the whole outfit. Plus if you are short like me, regular boots can make you look cut off and look even shorter. The booties can actually give you some height.
I am seeing “Lumberjack” plaid everywhere and I am loving it. You can wear this 100 different ways! Wear your plaid shirt with black skinny jeans, a chunky scarf and regular boots. Try it as a professional look and throw on a blue blazer and some heels. Want more of a girly look? Pair your plaid shirt with an oversized white/cream sweater and black shirt. Lastly, you can pair it with a vest, white jeans and some booties.
My favorite pattern is back in style! You can wear leopard print with anything! Spice up your outfit with a leopard print scarf or belt. Make a statement with a leopard print skirt. I don’t think you can go wrong with leopard print.
Again, this shirt goes with anything. It is so easy to wear and is super comfortable. Pair it with a floral pencil skirt and belt. You can wear it with black skinny jeans and leopard print heels. Try it with leather leggings, chambray and a white shirt with a leopard print scarf and a pair of boots. Pair it with sweater for a classier look.
What can I say about a leather jacket? It’s the perfect fall coat. Goes with EVERYTHING and can make you feel like a bad ass and give you that boost of confidence.
No matter what you wear during this fall season just make sure you feel confident and flash a smile. That’s the best thing a woman can wear.
As always, thank you for reading Stephanie Says.
