Where is Pocket Money Polishes and Stephanie Says?

We’re taking a little break from blogging. I am really busy with some real life stuff (including the job hunting) which has just meant I have been re-prioritising things for the last couple of weeks and in my downtime I’ve been spending some time on other hobbies. I don’t want to  be posting any old tat up here on the blog and wasting both your time and mine – so I hope you will bare with us for this brief break in transmission. We’re planning to be back around the end of the month so keep an eye out.

In the mean time I hope you’re having a great start to the summer! I would love to hear what you have been up to, what nail polishes you have been loving for the new season so please leave me a comment, I always do my best to reply to them all and I appreciate every one of them.

I haven’t been wearing a lot of nail polish because of interviews and things HOWEVER here are a couple of manis that I managed to snap photos of while out and about – these were posted on my IG account @frostfromfire (sorry they’re not the normal fully lit, no filter camera and light box quality but they were just taken on the go as I mentioned).

Skittlette mani and a cafe Nero card. .. because why not

Totally in love with the blue here which is China Glaze Boho Blues (from the Spring Road Trip collection), the creamy pink is OPI Steady As She Rose and the browny colour is OPI I’m Feeling Sashy. I am trying to remember if I have ever worn I’m Feeling Sashy before… maybe. It’s a really usual colour, it is a mix between brown and purple.

This is actually my first time wearing Zoya Muse properly and it is gorgeous! It was a birthday present from Emma (Imagination in Colour) and *drool* – I think this was from the Summer Tickled Collection by Zoya. I need to get a better picture of it for you – it’s like an amped up version of OPI Last Friday Night, a blue jelly base with iridescent glitter in a variety of sizes. Really easy to apply and good coverage in two coats. Here’s a bottle shot I took a little while back for my Zoya Stash post:

If you’re in the US and love Zoya they’re doing 3 bottles for free and you just pay the $15 shipping and handling offer for the next week according to my facebook feed which sounds like a great deal to me (considering Zoya here is £7.50-11.50). I might have to ask Stephanie really nicely to pick me up some – what would you recommend?

Good luck in your job hunting. I’ve been pretty busy with my new job myself but blogging and doing my nails is a time for me to de-stress at the end of the week 🙂

Good luck job hunting! Doing my nails is actually relaxing for me. Helps me forget about everything and just focus on pretty colors!

I love reading your thoughts and will always do my best to reply, thank you!
